Everyone involved in the order listings must keep personal information confidential, including names, addresses, contact numbers, and email addresses.

All poolers are expected to understand and comply with the terms and conditions set forth on this site or elsewhere.

This Group Order (GO) is initiated for every new Paradox Live merch release and may include blind items.

For blind items, set targets are given priority over individual targets, with the order decided by listing order.

Delivery of all target characters or teams is not guaranteed, but extra items will be used for trading to obtain missing items.^※1

Additional items from the website where the order is made can be ordered by poolers for an extra handling fee.

Unpacking streams are hosted on Pararaicord.

Picking of extras is done if all targets are secured after the unpacking stream. If not, picking is done after trades are secured, and in priority order, via DM.

Prices are in ¥JPY.

Payments can be made through Paypal, Ko-fi, Wise (International Bank Transfer), and ゆうちょ銀行 or 三菱UFJ銀行 for bank transfers.

A payment estimate will be provided before payment is made.

Additional fees beyond our control, such as payment fees, packing materials, and trading fees, will be charged to the client.

Payment cutoff is on the 30th day of each month (28th for February).

Shipping fees for card-type merch will be charged immediately, while shipping fees for parcels including other items will be charged after packing or shipment.

I charge a packing fee and service fee stated in section IV below.

A packing fee of ¥220 JPY per shipment is applicable in general.

You can request a specific packing method but it may result in additional fees and/or product damage at your own risk.

The packing materials used will depend on the material of the merchandise, quantity, and shipping service.^※2

I charge a service fee of ¥500~, including packing fee, calculated after shipment.

All available postal services can be used for shipping.

Some postal services may not be available based on the country of destination. Check with us to confirm available services.

The most efficient service will be used by default, considering price, speed, and tracking.

Shipping occurs every Sunday.

Please confirm receipt of the items.

Dispose of packing labels by cutting, shredding, burning, or trashing them.

I take full responsibility for any errors on my part that cause trouble.

I will support clients in their decisions and actions regarding items, but am not responsible for any troubles that occur after shipment.

Reshipping will only occur if the client pays for shipping fees.

No refund will be given in case no. 2.

In case of a refund, only 80% of the payment will be returned.

Other refund options include item switch or reserving the amount for the next transaction.^※3

You fill out a Google form or DM the organizer in Discord for the Group Order (GO).

Wait for 5 days for feedback from the organizer.

The organizer will reach out to you in DMs if there are any clarifications needed.

An estimate will be sent based on your share of the order.

Pay your share via available payment methods.

The organizer will order all of the items for the GO and notify you about the order after it is secured.

Wait for the items to arrive and the organizer will notify you of any updates.

Unpack the items once they arrive.

The organizer will trade for missing items (if there are any).

Select your extra items to complete your order quantity when it's your turn.

The organizer will ship your items and notify you once they have shipped.

Wait for the items to reach you and notify the organizer once they have arrived.
